Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Eastlight Studios INC (together with its affiliates, "Belle Reels," "we," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Belle Reels mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to keep your account credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account to another party. Each user is limited to one account per device.
3. Content and Licenses
The Services contain dramas, episodes, videos, images, text, and other content ("Content"), which is owned by or licensed to Belle Reels and protected by intellectual property laws. Belle Reels grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes through the Services. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit the Content outside the Services.
4. Subscriptions, Coins, and Payments
The Services offer both free and paid content. Paid content may be unlocked using coins (including bonus coins) or by purchasing a membership. Coins and memberships are virtual items consumed within the Services and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Membership subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Some promotions may depend on the status of your store account (for example, your Apple ID); if your account does not qualify, the standard price shown at checkout applies.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical limitations; (e) use automated systems (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Services; or (f) upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes rights of others or is harmful, offensive, or fraudulent.
6. User Content
If the Services allow you to submit, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of that content but grant Belle Reels a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of operating the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Belle Reels does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Belle Reels be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
9. Termination
Belle Reels may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Changes to These Terms
Belle Reels may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and Belle Reels submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Washington, United States for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services.
